I’ve ordered from here a few times and everything showed up fine. The prices seemed fair, and checkout never felt sketchy or anything. I did have to return that one thing before, and it was handled without any hassle.

"Easy to Use and Reliable"
I’ve used Newegg a few times, it’s easy to get around. I can filter parts quickly, compare prices, and trust my instinct without feeling like I’m getting lost in a bunch of clutter. Checkout was simple too, which I always appreciate. A few pages loaded a little slow here and there, but overall it’s been a good experience for me.

I mainly use Newegg because the customer reviews are actually helpful. I’m not saying I researched every possible part out there, but seeing people mention their real builds and little compatibility issues helped me avoid buying the wrong RAM. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing exciting, which is kind of what you want.

"Login update felt reassuring"
I had to update my login on Newegg and it was smoother than I expected. The security email showed up almost immediately, which I always notice because I hate sitting there refreshing my inbox. Setting up the 2-step verification was straightforward too, no weird extra screens or confusing wording. I also like that it sends an alert if something on the account changes. It’s a small thing, but seeing those little security checks makes me feel a lot better when I’m ordering parts from my account.

ordered a few pc parts from newegg and the shipping was actually reasonable. i always get annoyed when checkout suddenly adds some ridiculous fee at the end, but this time it stayed fair. everything showed up fine and i didn’t feel like i was paying extra for no reason. simple experience, no surprises, 5 stars from me

I ordered a few PC parts from Newegg and the shipping was actually quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info fast, and the package showed up earlier than planned, which was a nice surprise. Everything arrived without any drama or hassle. That said, I’d still warn people not to wait until the absolute last minute just in case shipping varies, but my experience was smooth. "Everything Felt Right From the Start"
Got my order from Newegg it just felt like everything was in good shape the second I saw the box. No dents, no weird damage, nothing that made me worry. The product looked brand new and clean, and everything inside was packed the way it should be. My gut reaction was that it was handled properly, and sure enough, there were no issues at all.

"Accurate Tracking, Surprisingly Nice"
I ordered an SSD from Newegg the tracking was way better than I expected. It updated when it left the warehouse, again when the carrier scanned it, and the delivery date stayed right the whole time. I usually think tracking updates are kind of pointless, but I was still checking them anyway, and this time they were actually useful. The package showed up exactly when it said it would, which was both boring and great. Simple experience, but I appreciated not having to guess.

"Decent Site, Filters Could Be Better"
Newegg is fine overall, and I’ve used it plenty when shopping for parts or checking prices. When everything works, it’s easy to browse and compare stuff. My main gripe is the search and filters can be hit or miss. I’ll select a filter and still see items that don’t really match, or the results will shift in a way that feels kind of random. It’s not a bad experience, but the sorting and filtering definitely could be more accurate.

"Delivered right on time..."
My order showed up exactly on the day Newegg said it would, which was nice. The tracking kept updating too, so I wasn’t stuck wondering where it was... The box looked fine, nothing was crushed or missing. Just a simple, no-drama delivery. I’d order from them again if I needed something to arrive on time.

"RMA was a bit slow, but it worked out"
Ugh, I was annoyed at first because the motherboard showed up with a bad slot and I had to RMA it right away. newegg did approve the return quickly though, and getting the label wasn’t a hassle. The replacement took longer than I expected, and I definitely wish there had been more updates along the way. That said, support was fine and nobody gave me a hard time. Not the smoothest experience, but in the end it got handled

"Had the parts I literally couldn’t find anywhere else"
I was trying to wrap up a PC build and pretty much every place I checked was either sold out or showing some weird backorder dates. Newegg actually had the motherboard and PSU I needed in stock, and the stock info seemed to be accurate. I ordered without any real hassle and didn’t get one of those annoying “oops, unavailable” emails afterward. Happy with it overall. They literally had what I needed right when I needed it.
